The hotel staff lacks training. They are able to provide adequate basic service, but nowhere near the care and thoughtfulness you expect to see at 5-star hotels. Example - they removed the bathroom doors due to safey reasons, but did not install any temporary screens; business center operating hours are 9am to 6pm; two sets of TVs in a suite... more

Marvalous location with superb details on service and design of each areas. Probably, the best place to stay in Qingdao with its location, modern design, food & wine and service. Only shortcoming is the internet connection is charged at high price. more
