No ones expect assistant manager speaks English here. They desperately need at English speaking customer service person that knows the city, like Storm at the Holiday Inn in Beijing. The internet was faster i have ever seen in hotel 24MB! more

Hotel is quite new. Some small glitches in design though, e.g. there are no centre console for lighting so you have to turn off every single one at night; an aircon that doesn't adjusted (no matter what temperature you set it is freezing). Stayed at this hotel for a conference within walking distance. The only real complaint is that the water in the hotel in not-potable. Internet worked fine. I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel. This is a brand new facility that is part of the new convention center in Chengdu.
