Was in Ningbo on business for 2.5 weeks in June. Excellent staff service overall. I will always remember the hotel laundry staff returning the USD75 I left in my jeans back-pocket in a sealed bag, and also my cufflnks which I left on my shirt. Hotel interior deign is grand especially at the entrance art gallery hall way to the Grand Tower where we stayed. Exceptional room, bell and restaurant serivces.
