The service people, the concierge and cleaning people are outstanding and are very attentive. The food is very good too. Overall my experience with this hotel was a pleasant one. Stayed here several times when travelling to and fro B'quilla. Clean and pleasant hotel with a nice (although a bit soupy) pool. Not a generally held view of the 4 stars it advertises but rooms kept clean, quite spacious and beds and towels clean daily. Restaurant disappointing but plenty of other places to eat nearby. Securtiy on doors, taxis outside... more
