I attended a conference for 4 days at the convention centre linked to the hotel. It's a lovely spot and a very modern hotel with all the amenities one can think of. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Pity the room didn't have coffee making facilities or complimentary water. Other than that I would recommend this spot.

I went to Cartagena to attend a meeting which organized at the convention center of this hotel. That's why I had to stay at Las Americas Resort. Torre del Mar is a modern building. Cleanning service is good. The room is big and comfortable. Free wi-fi in the room is perfect. It would be better if they give complimentary water.

The hotel is well located and has a great beach front. The rooms are pretty good but for what you pay, I think you'd expect more. The breakfast is fine (not outstanding). We had dinner once in the restaurant and would recommend that you take a taxi into Cartagena as there are many nicer places to eat and drink there... More

We got to the hotel around 11:30 and got our room around 1-1/2 hours later after one of the guys at the front desk was kind enough to rush other people to get our room ready. The Torre de las Americas resort consists of 2 hotels, which of the Torre de las Americas is very new and modern. It has multiple pools (one adult only) so there is something for everybody, slides for the kids and great view for adults.
