My wife and arrived at the Cartagena Plaza after a long 8 hour flight. Initially, the staff could not find our reservation and would not help us contact the travel agent that booked us. We were "lucky" that the reservation finally appeared after 15 minutes of arguing with the front-desk staff and having them look over all of their faxes.... more
