First thing first: I did not stay at the hotel. The reason is simple: they did not hold my booking and did not offer to help me out after I found out. For this reason, my short experience with them and the owner Kelvin was terrible.
We booked with Black Sheep for 3 nights. Two days before going, our car broke down so we called to cancel the first night but confirm the next two. We did not have access to internet and that is why we called the 7th evening, when we were confirmed that everything would be fine: the room was canceled for the 8th but confirmed for the 9th and 10th. We could therefore enjoy our trip knowing that we had somewhere to sleep in Medellin 2 days later.
Shortly before arriving, we called again to know the best way to reach the place when we were told that our booking was cancelled and that they had no room for us.
