I stayed at the Flagship a few months ago and got a great room with beautiful water views. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the renovations they did to the lobby and some of the other public spaces was great. I loved the shell tiles when you walked into the lobby. The Flagship Resort is no resort.....please if you gamble your better off getting your comp room from the casino and enjoying your stay more....The Flagship will rob you blind and then act as though there is nothing they can do for you so if you are looking for a timeshare the Flagship is not worth it....just us your free comp... more

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant and not expecting much. We were invited to go to the Flagship with another couple (relatives) as it was a suite with separate sleeping area. The rooms were larger than I expected-- especially the bedroom. We used the sleep sofa which wasn't uncomfortable. I especially liked the balcony and proximity to the boardwalk.... more

The Flagship wasn't as bad as many of the reviews I have read. The rooms were spacious enough for two, and considering we were only there to sleep, comfortable enough. Happens to be within a 3 hour driving distance for us and we had some banked timeshare weeks we were looking to use because they were expiring, this is one of the only beachside resorts on the jersey coast listed in Interval.
