If the casino's goal is to discourage me from spending time in my room, they've accomplished that. The "newly renovated room" features very modern decor, including stark white cabinets, a white leather box chair, and bright red curtains. The white linens and red bed scarf complete the look which includes no wall art of any kind and a funky modern... More

I stayed here last Spring for a conference, and finally remembered to write a review. Unfortunately (for me) the experience is still fresh in my mind. Starting with...the concierge and staff won't recommend restaurants outside the hotel. I get it, but it just isn't right! There are several much better restaurants away from the boardwalk but within walking distance. Ok... More

The only nice thing about this hotel was the pool ,the kids had great time.the claridge tower was very dissapointing we paid extra to get upgraded but was not worth the money I came with 3 kids and my husband they gave us a double bed room and we didn't fit . The room smells and very dark. More

First of all, let me just say that - i am emotionally and physically still recovering from the nightmare i experienced Ballys Atlantic City since Saturday. Check in was horrible, "Tyrone" - supposidly the person responsible was rude, had no idea what was going on and most importantly - did not even know what side of the hotel we were... More

The headline summarizes it. The check-in on a Friday night was well over 30 minsutes. They were short staffed on the desk and electronic kiosks did not function. Not one of them! The room was large, clean, with a very comfortable king bed. The lighting was very low wattage. The food at the Raw Bar was EXCELLENT. Great value and... More

Stayed at Bally's in a classic room (Claridge Tower) this past weekend. The room was dirty, with stained carpeting, stained chairs (red stains splattered on one), and a strange smell. The establishment was also not very accommodating, as we had issues with late check-in and service at the front desk (in-person and via phone). We had to wait on the... More

If you're a Total Rewards member and looking for a complimentary room, you may be able to find one here. Unfortunately, this is one of the most "out-of-date" buildings in Atlantic City. It's OK as a place to crash, but my sleep quality was poor with uncomfortable beds and windows that allowed me to easily hear the wind outside. I've... More

I know the Claridge tower is not the Ritz, but at least the views of Atlantic City out the windows are great. On Jan 8th, I checked in expecting a Classic Room in Claridge, but due to low registration the Claridge was closed. I was assigned a "Deluxe" room in the Dennis tower. Except for a little more space it... More
