I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs in AC, though the casino had remarkably high table limits, especially for midweek. Even still, it was a nice visit. Great views from the Bayview Tower, excellent running area available just outside the hotel, the pool was nice, and the waitresses were fast. more

Check-in was a little chaotic. There were 3, badly marked queues of people and it was difficult to decipher what line you were supposed to be in. my mom and i went to harrahs this past monday we got an upgrade from marina luxury to waterfront premium very very nice room very comfortable beds plenty of space it was a comp room my only compaint is the rooms need a bigger coffee pot for a nice big room more

To give such a low mark for a prime hotel like Harrah's Resort deserves an explanation as to where the issues were.
