Check in was a breeze as usual. Asked for suite 424 that I was given free of charge on last trip. Room was available but would be a $50 upgrade fee.. Huh?? I've never paid an upgrade fee and have stayed in suites on several occasions.. Oh well, I'll take a regular room... Was given room 614 in North Tower...... more

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana. If I was to return I will reserve a room more expensive than a room in the West Tower. I noted that the hallways were very dirty. Despite the negative reviews, we had a very nice stay at this hotel/casino. From check-in to check-out not a single problem. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We ate at the BBQ restaurant (can't remember name) both nights because it was absolutely delicious. The casino was very nice too. We will definately stay here again. more

The hotel/casino is beautiful filled with fun and excitement, room service came right on time (literally).So much to do, you can eat at hooters, a dam good deli, corky's, etc.There are slot machines left and right; they even have an IMAX theater.As you can see this is the best hotel/casino in Atlantic City. more

Travelled to AC during the week for a convention (NJEA). We were very disappointed with the staff of the hotel. They didn't seem to have any info about the convention, shuttle service, etc. We were directed to the Jitney stop and had to find out own way to where the free shuttle buses were picking people up for the convention.... more
