A grand aging hotel on a lagoon with a great location and no bugs= clean rooms. The rooms are average (smallish) though quiet with satellite TV, nice lit tennis courts, pool, lagoon beach and a working toilet, yet weak pressured shower, and below average amenities (no internet in room; no extra towels, wake up phone system broken,no radio nor alarm clock, no hot water maker in room, no restaurants nearby, and the air conditioning weak). Nonetheless, they have a fitness gym (bring your own towels), offer room service, and have a restaurant and bar on the property. The customer service is well intended, yet underwhelming. The prices are expensive and the food choices the limited. Overall, the hotel is completely adequate, though not as plush or inviting as anticipated and in need of some work. more
