The hotel is located right in the thick of everything and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see or do. The water was right across the street and there were plenty of bars/cafes/shops/restaurants around. There was no parking there however, so we had to pay to park on the street (about 10 euro). There actually was parking in front of the door, but I imagine if you got your car in there, it would be very hard to get it out.
Our room (314) was large and the bed was big enough for us and two small kids. I think we got lucky with the ocean view, and it faced east, which brought the sun as well. It was hot in the room by 8am. There was no fan of any kind, or a/c, so to be in the room during the day was misery. At night we would leave the balcony door and room door open to create a breeze, but sleeping with just the balcony door open didn't bring much relief and we could hear everything that was going on outside. The bus terminal was right below our room.
