We booked based as it was one of the only hotels in Opatija that included parking. The parking was very precarious and people not staying at the hotel seemed to use the lot as well. Great value for money we had 10 days the hotel needed a bit of tarting up in places but overall we felt like we had stayed at 4 star accomodation rather than 2 star, the decor was fab, rooms clean and the staff could not have been more attentive and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and it is quite easy to find. The parking can be tricky at times, with some tight spaces / corners, and I guess in the busy season it might be difficult to get a space. We somehow always managed to get one. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good indeed. Room was fairly large with separate bathroom area. We had a small balcony overlooking the sea and the town which was lovely. They had free parking which was good and the breakfast was excellent. more

Very pleasantly surprised at the standard and facilities of this so-called 2 star hotel. It certainly warranted a 3 star plus - just for the breakfasts alone!
