A very pleasant experience on San Cristobal. Don't expect alot in the way of luxuries, but very nice, unique hotel. Our room was very quaint and we had a nice view of the port. It's very centrally located, so its easy to catch tours or explore the city. The food at the restaraunt was good with lots of different choices... more

We stayed at the Miconia because the Lonely Planet had said it was easily the nicest place to stay and the price was $40/60. Unfortunately the prices had gone up considerably from the 2006 publishing of the book and prices were now $117 a night for the cheapest double room.
