Our family of 5 adults stayed at the Imperial Suite of this hotel for 4 nights.
The Hotel itself is located at an isolated place at an elevated altitude as compared to the rest of the hotels on this Island, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the town, taxis are easily available at $7 for a one-way trip. The altitude also ensures it is cooler here (or for us, raining).
The hotel is set up for luxury, large rooms, a swimming pool and a gym. However, the gym was pretty basic, one treadmill, one stepper and one cross trainer; if all the rooms were full (only two other couples were there when we were there), the gym would be woefully inadequate. But then the hotel may have thought people would rather be outdoors than in the gym.
The staff are friendly, but have to be coaxed into action. Our rooms were not done up the first evening and we found the extra bed required to be set up had not been placed; that was surprising since the hotel so few guests; but then...
