The size of Dahab makes everything in walkingdistance. This hotel is located so that we could easily walk to whatever restaurant, diving/snorkellingplace, café,sight or activity we wanted, and at the same time stay and sleep in wonderfully quiet and lush green surroundings.

The rooms are pretty basic, but I doubt the price can be beaten for anything similar. Beds are ok comfy and the bathrooms are spacious and tidy.

What really made this a great stay was the very friendly staff. A young and very international crowd, that seems to enjoy each others company as well as the company of guests. I felt so nice to be encouraged to sit down and have a cup of tea and exchange stories and recommandations about sights, trips etc. The staff were very efficient about arranging trips and taxis at high quality and low prices.

Even the cats here seemed to be taken better care of than other places round the world more
