I travelled to the Jasmine with my Wife and 2 teenage daughters (12 & 16) for 10 days including the UK October Half Term. Having read some shocking reviews before travelling we were quite nervous about what to expect. We need not have worried, the Jasmine exceeded every expectation and we had a fabulous holiday. The Hotel The Jasmine was... more

Lovely room, lovely staff. Food terrible except for one night and that was £34 for the two of us. Wall to wall russians! Travel company had stated it was 4 star. No way 2 plus, not to be recommended. Shame really. We wouldn't go back. Try the Albatross Palace down the street. Best food of the complex was the HArd... more

we were really worried about this hotel due to other negative reviews however we still went and experienced it for ourselves. The resort itself is clean and well maintained, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottles of water replenished, majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, obviously if you tip them they fall over you but... more

We stayed at the Jasmine from 25th September for 2 weeks. We were dreading it due to the horrendous comments made by others.............how wrong were we to worry!!!!! The hotel was lovely. We had a room right by the pool. Our room was cleaned and bed made daily, also fresh towels daily. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff could not... more

Just back from a week here and must say a bit disappointed. Weather was fabulous and we did have a great time because a holiday is what you make of it at the end of the day. Went for a massage in the health spa next to the swimming pool and had 400 egyptian pounds (£50) taken from my purse.... more

Having read some of the reviews before going I was dreading it, yet it was not that bad at all. Yes, food was a bit monotonous but there were different restaurants to choose from and the Ali Baba and Aladdin are next door. There was a stir fry and a guy making pizza pies outside every night if you didn't... more
