Enjoyable week at the Jasmine Beach Village. Didn't rate their food. There was always something we classed as 'edible' but some weird looking stuff too. Think they cater a lot for Russians and Germans which Hurghada does seem to attract a lot of and they are rude. You probably won't find many English people. Anyway, this hotel is great if... more

The Egyptians can not do enough to help you...that is as long as you treat them correctly!! They suffer no end of ignorance from the Russian and German visitors!! as soon as they realize you are English they can't do enough to help!! It may not be top notch but you can use all the facilities at the Ali Baba... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a week in June and we have only been back a few days. The hotel is meant to be a 4* but it was nothing like it. The rooms was ok and clean but the rest of the hotel wasnt great. The swimming pool was dirty and we only went in... more

In spite of the negative start i.e. illness - have to say we loved the people and the resort. However, when I got sick 2nd day , put it down to 'holiday tummy' Was not impressed with food in main restraurant....but hey, abroad ...give it a try. Well then a week later I was struck down with the works.. do... more

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week in January all inclusive and had a fantastic time!!! I really wonder if some of these people that have made comments stayed in the same hotel or maybe they are expecting some higher standard. We paid not a lot for all inclusive and we couldn't fault it. The food was great,... more

I must admit we booked this holiday without looking into reviews and then I was worried that it was going to be awful, but for the cost I thought it was fantastic! The rooms were a bit outdated but the cleanliness, not only in the rooms but the hotel in general was spot on. The food was plentiful with lots... more

I booked this all inclusive holiday to escape Xmas at short notice. After reading various bad reports about the hotel I was rather concerend. However we had a most enjoyable two weeks and found none of the complaints justified. The room was well appointed and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The food could have been better... more

..pity the staff training was totally lacking. We found only a couple of friendly staff members, Waleed in the restaurant and Mamhoud at the pool. I went with 2 of my daughters, 1 with their boyfriend and my 2 grandsons, We were told point blank by a certain staff member that 'we dont like the English'. The hotel and grounds... more

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for the week before christmas and although we enjoyed our stay at Jasmine village, certain aspects of the holiday were spoilt purely due to the sheer ignorance and rudeness of the majority of the staff. The majority of the staff appeared to dislike the English and did not hide this fact. Another... more
