The heated pool was not heated the first 5 days. The bufe was really good. The personal was "arabicly" friendly, as long as you pay cash and not charge the room (no tipping) then you can wait an other 20min for your drink. More

Great rooms, with tripple size bed. Good service, though they expect to be tipped a lot. The buffe was good quality, but got a bit boring after a week. Good food for kids though. Plenty of fresh fruit. More

We stayed at the Grand Resort at the end of September beginning of October, overall would say it was decent. The hotel itself is massive, so many rooms and massive pools (which really need to be heated) but still enjoyable. We went there for family holiday for one week and find the hotel and staff very friendly and the food was great. Rooms were big and clean. We will go back there.And the beach was across the road. More

I was looking forward to this resort (almost five star) and our holiday with my child. First impression was awful, our cleaning man was very smiling but too pushy and all the time begging for money. He didn´t clean at all, only making the bed which had dirty blankets and old sheets, bathroom was full of dried soap and dirt.... More
