Spent 1 week in April in the resort. Wether fantastic, littly windy, but it helped us get tan very quickly. Stuff very helpful, not pushy at all, which was a nice surprise for Egypt conditions. I was at this hotel in March. It was a very friendly staff, especially Ahmed Arian he was very sweet, helpful and ministered unto us up in the best way :-) The hotel is nice, but there are many Russians, and they take up a lot. It would be great if there were more Scandinavians.

i just returned from suuny dayes elpalacio after 4 dayes accomedation there.... really the hotel is very good one .but management is bad specially in times where hotel is very crowded as i was..food is not good .no varieties..but the staff did their best to make u enjoying...... could be better if maneging staff spend some money and effort

It's a very nice hotel,not a 5*,but very comfortable..all rooms with sea view. Very big hotel with staff with a smile on their faces. But,on the other hand,the big disadvantage is the cleaning side..the rooms were wonderfull and clean,but on the pool and the beach,they don't even wash the glasses. also,no free wi fi :) Enjoy,your stay
