Just perfect. I have add photo of cup... it's not dirty, it's made of plastic and it's scratch form cleaning, because glass is forbiden around the pool and beach. ( one member have add similar photo as "dirty cups"...). All inclusive option is good but TIP the waiters (small amounts 5-10EP) and you will never wait not for a minute... more

This is a great hotel for spending a relaxing vacation. It is very large but still quiet; you don’t even notice the maybe 1000 people around you, because it lays on a huge territory. The building is quite new and the rooms are large, also thick walls, so you don’t notice the neighbors. I can’t say if it will last... more

The location is in Hurgada, Egypt. The hotel is new, was built couple years ago. On the web it's a 5 star hotel, but in real life it's the place you never want to be.
