Well where to start, It wasn't all bad ...When you arrive and seen the hotel you think yeh very nice so far so good. Really lovely hotel and great rooms, house keeping was excellent couldn't fault any of this. 5 star more like 3 the room was small, no toiletries or even a bottle of water in the fridge considering we paid for an upgrade too.
