Friendly and welcoming, booking in was both efficent and quick. Room was spacious enough for three adults with sufficent draws and hanging space. A minor problem with a few aints in the bathroom was dealt with quickly and they never returned. The room was cleaned dayly to a good standard. Had a great hol at the mamlouk palace with friends. Hotel large and spacious grand looking lobby entrance and first impressions very good. Our rooms were huge, a comfortable king size bed plenty of storage, bathroom with hair dryer (shower only no bath) all kept very clean daily. Hotel was not bad. Should and could have been better but general impression is ok. Service nice and friendly but there were some exceptions to the rule.
