Start off we had a great holiday and would go bandack tomorrow Airport - Chaos just about covers it... arrived, lots of people pointing you in the right direction, all of them different. Got pointed to get visa at $18 from Thomas Cook even though the price on the visa was 15$ but no cue. Then onto passport control This... more

Fort Arabesque is in a lovely location, right on a large, perfect gently sloping sandy beach so even non-swimmers can enjoy the bath-warm waters! There is a little beach coral but plenty of places to get into the water athough I always wear sea shoes - just in case! There are numerous coral outcrops in very shallow waters so perfect... more

We travelled out on 6 November and returned home yesterday. The hotel is vast, yet doesn't seem overcrowded since the facilities are all very well planned, there are bars by the pools, off the lobby and by the beach. The rooms were vast - we had a standard double - 2 double beds and a sofa bed - and we... more

Just returned from one weeks holiday at Fort Arabesque. Our party consisted of myself, my husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandson aged 14. This was our fourth time to Eygpt - third time to Fort Arabesque. When I read some reviews running down this hotel I wonder if these people were at the same hotel as us. The rooms are very... more

First time at all inclusive and was not dissappointed. The hotel room was lovely lots of space, 2 king size beds, sofa, big TV, lovely balcony. Only criticism would be not enough drawer space! Bathroom good size and kept beautifully clean with beds turned down at night and free mini bar (soft drinks only) Beach was fantastic - very comfortable... more

Stayed at the Fort Arabesque for two weeks in October, we wont be going again. The beach is the hotels finest asset snorkeling is poor compared to other parts of Egypt, as already said in previous reviews most of the coral is dead or dying what concerns me is that there is nothing in place to conserve the remaining coral.... more

Stayed at FA from 9-23 Oct with my husband 2 children (6 & 2) and in-laws. Having followed TA for the last couple of months I was so looking forward to our holiday to FA. Unfortunatkey I was a little dissapointed. The hotel is old now and in need of a full refurb! It is a clean hotel and the... more

Most of the information that has been written on Trip Advisor is correct so I won’t repeat it and we in fact based our holiday on the information written previously. We have just returned from Fort Arabesque after two weeks of hot and mainly sunny weather and were not disappointed with our choice. The hotel is as described by others,... more
