An absolutely exquisite, comfortable and cosy place, with wonderful people who gave us a lot of attention and care. I don't remember another place where I've seen staff comparable to the people who work here. All our questions were answered, all the excursions booked, all the small things we asked were done. The territory is very nice and trim, the rooms are cosy and the person who does the cleaning creates a small masterpiece out of the bedlinen every day :) And at the hotel restaurant we tried the most wonderful falafel in Egypt! :)) Sincere thanks to Ciao Hotel for unforgettable time! more
