The hotel itself is beautiful and massive. The bar staff are a hoot, made our stay entertaining and the animation team made our stay even more enjoyable! They made us feel so welcome always with smiles and laughs and enjoyed their company on nights out too! However the people who worked at the reception were not as helpful as hoped.... more
