As it often (almost always) happens in all hotels, upon arrival we were proposed one of the the worst room of this category, then, after 10min negotiations we were given a better room (118) with nice view over the resort and the sea. The hotel was excellent, good food, clean, excellent situated. No complaints about that! But...all my wifes jewels were stolen after the room was cleanded, and the worst part of it was the staff didn't act at all. I was very disappointed as we had four excellent days, but after this happened, they ignored us completely.....very disappointing!!!! more

When we arrived ,the taxi driver said, "welcome to the hotel for millionaires". It is true that it is not cheap, but I think it is worth every penny. We went hear with our 2.5 year old boy for some winter sun. The facilities are great, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the weather takes care of itself.... more
