This place was beautiful! The staff was gracious and very helpful. The rooms were large, spotless and very comfortable with nice amenities. Good buffet breakfast. The grounds were very well kept and had great beach chairs and cabanas. Nice pools with different areas for kids, diving, swimming etc. so no one got annoyed. Not close to any nightlife (you'd have... more

Having read some negative reviews of this hotel I was apprehensive about staying however all these thoughts disappeared when I arrived. We were shown to our junior suite by Mahmoud (the extremely helpful guest relations contact - he can be found in reception and helped me organize a birthday treat for my partner) and where not disappointing, the room was... more

I don't really know how people could complain about this hotel. Being an American I knew that the Ritz was a great hotel so when I saw they had one in Sharm I did not look at any other place. One guy on here actually complained that they did not have a converter, but I am sorry when you travel... more

My husband stayed at the Ritz in Beijing and this was the reason we booked the Ritz for our family holiday in January. The two hotels bear no comparison, the Beijing hotel was far superior. After initial trouble with our rooms, our teens had been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel adjacent to the road and... more

We returned from a week in this lovely hotel a few days ago. I was a little nervous having read some of the negative reviews before going, but needn't have worried! The hotel is beautiful! A stunning lobby greets you as you walk through the entrance door, high ceilings, beautifully lit, and vast! The place is huge! Our room was... more

We have just returned from a 9 day stay at the Ritz Carlton and we returned totally relaxed and chilled out after our 9 day trip. We had gotten married abroad the week previous and wanted total R&R in Egypt. I was very apprehensive after reading some terrible reviews on TA, however, we were pleasantly surprised with an exceptionally warm... more

I was disappointed and most definitely would Not stay there again. I think I just expected a lot more out of a Ritz Carlton. I thought the service was really poor. For example, I needed a US adaptor and they were not able to supply one....after multiple requests and finally having to complain to Mgmt several times, they sent a... more
