Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. We have to say we loved it, nice accommodation, good food, well trained staff who are friendly, work hard,and more than happy to help if there is a problem, Shame the same can't be said for the majority of other guests. Just home from another fantastic 2 week break at this hotel. this hotel looks great however 95% russian 5%english bed linen stained seating in bedroom and restaurant dirty food poor shower sink and bathroom door filthy pool freezing only foreign progs on tv buffet food rationed by chef.The staff are great this hotel should not be in brochure for the english
