I stayed at the Tivoli and it was very clean and the staff where friendly. If you're nice to people they'll be nice to you. I would definitly recommend this hotel. All the staff were fantastically helpful and went out of their way for us. We were given a room where the air conditioning was a bit dodgy and when we informed them they moved us to a different room, a much better and bigger room with a pool view.
