Having read the reviews we had some reservations about the hotel, booked the hotel anyway. In this case the reviews have been pretty accurate. Good points - sea view room very nice and clean, snorkeling was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, location good if you don't want to be too close to Naama Bay and all the clubs/bars etc.... more

Staff was lovely and accommodating. Lobby and public areas were what you'd expect to be 5 star, but our room was pretty tired. When we arrived the fan didn't work, TV remote didn't work, the bathroom shower was moldy and corroded. The floor had a film of some sort on it and the mirror in the bathroom was not clean.... more

We cannot fault either our recent experience of the Hyatt or of True Egypt, the agent who recommended this hotel and who made our trip so memorable. We chose the Hyatt due to trip advisor recommendations and Im glad. Everything was how I expect a 5 star resort to be.
