have read some bad press about this hotel,but have just returned back from 2 weeks and cant fault the place to much. dont even bother tipping the staff and you still get good service,all staff are friendly and will help you out.wouldnt use the laundry service as it took me days to get mine back and had to annoy them... more

Seriously cannot understand any of the negative comments made about this hotel. On arrival the guys collected our bags, took them to the room, and whilst we were checking in, the bar man had made us a lovely fruit cocktail as a welcome drink. Just got back from 1wk at the sunrise & it was fantastic..The food was excellent plenty of choice & the sweets were to die for. The staff in the restaurant were a pleasure especially said & Kareem Yes the drinks were a littel poor if you only like spirits or beer,but nothing wrong with a nice white wine spritzer especially... more
