I stayed at the Royal plaze in Aug 07 ... my first reaction was WOW the outside view and lobby was amazing! then we got to our room... sh*t hole was my first impression, but then when the hotel manager knew we didn't like it he moved us to a family suite which was better but still not 4 star... more
