First impressions of this hotel are great, lobby and grounds are impressive, rooms are spacious, unfortunately this is where any positive comments stop! After spending a week at this hotel, we have returned feeling let down by the service. We have been to Sharm El Sheik numerous times and have found the level of service excellent with the notable exception of the Jaz Mirabel Beach. As all the reviews state, the hotel facilities are excellent, especially the large heated pool. Great for kids... more
