having just returned on monday 13th feb 2012 after 14nts at this hotel,the first dissapointment was in the mercury brochure it states 7swimming pools well i can assure you there is only 1 for swimming (heated)and the other 6 are small garden pools with loungers.Next the resturant as this hotel caters mostly for italians and russians most nights the food...

Excellent holiday. Lovely hotel, great staff, good food. Superbly coloured fish to see. Trips over to Cairo for the pyramids highly recommended.Cairo museum, stunning. Also reccomend the long haul trip that is Jerusalem!! All in all I was priveleged to see it all. Would certainly return to Shores Amphora and would not hesitate to reccomend to family and friends.
