I'm glad I read the terrible reviews before I arrived therefor I went with low expectations. Yes the food was repetative and they didn't know how to keep it hot. Yes they sometimes ran out of things eg. glasses,crockery etc, and yes we had a few problems with our room eg. dirty sheets, water coming through the ceiling, broken shower.... more

Dont go there and waste your money, NOT a 4star hotel. On arriving at night which i think they do that to the brits as you cannot see the buiding sites around the hotel our room was not made up and no offer of food or drink. we had to wait while they got another bed in our room, also... more
