1. Very far from the beach - walking no option We already stayed at Taba Heights before (once at Intercontinental, once at Hyatt) and knew that the El Wekala was about 3km away from the beach. This isnt 5 star - it doesnt claim it, expect 3*+ by european standards. Food is varied, almost no repetition over a two week stay. Hotel was clean and all but the odd waiter were extremely friendly! All inclusive a goodsend for water and soft drinks alone! couldnt fault the food, always plenty of choice and variety. rooms very clean and lovely to have clean bed linen every day.
