On arrival at the airport our (very expensive) transfer was there to meet us. So far so good. He dropped us off at the boat and waited for us to tip him. We arrived late at night, shown to our rooms, lights switched on and the cockroaches scattered up the walls. Whilst rooms appeared clean they were not. Promised aircon did not work.
