Seaview Gardens is a great hotel. You are welcomed by all the staff and they soon become your friends. They can't do enough for you.The rooms are cleaned daily (a couple at the hotel who have been going to Gambia for many years said its one of the cleanest hotels they have stayed in).Its a good 5 minute walk to the main... more

We had a most pleasurable stay at Seaview, great rooms, great staff and in walking distance of the lively tourist strip. The breakfast was fine, although for dinner we went to local restaurants and we recommend the Mexican restaurant El Sol which is nearby. this became our favourite hang-out, had diner there twice and loved the Apple Mojito, Fajita and... more

Just returned from a week stay at the Seaview Gardens. Greeted by Omar, the Manager on arrival, we were shown to our room quickly. Although our original reservation was for an inland view, we made a request online for a sea view, which we were pleased to get at no extra charge. Room was lovely, king size bed (with mosquito... more

We have just returned from a fortnights stay at the Seaview Gardens and found the hotel rather quiet, even though we spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day there. The bar was very quiet on a night when arrving from the strip. We were booked for bed & breakfast which was adequate, and also the gala Christmas Eve dinner which the... more

Just got back from a wonderful holiday in The Gambia. The hotel was small and quiet, very clean and in good repair. The pool area was peaceful. The staff were very very friendly, every staff member greeted you whenever you saw them. The best thing was that you were able to go to the other local hotels and use their... more

We stayed at the Seaview Gardens from 1st-8th November 08 and found the hotel to be a good value for money option. The location is not ideal as it does not have direct access to the beach which is a 10 min walk away (despite the name! - you can see the sea from some of the corner rooms though),... more

stayed for a week over the New Year period, hotel was very convenient for other hotels and restaurants which was good, because that's where we spent most of our time! The hotel has potential but the staff were the least friendly we came across. We ate breakfast elsewhere every day even though it was included and our room did not... more

Just returned from the Seaview Gardens in Kololi in Gambia on Friday 2nd Feb after 1 week stay. Hotel is very reasonable and in good clean condition. Staff are very friendly and rooms are fairly basic but clean and looked after daily. Air con is present in all rooms but is extra and is expensive - c.£57 for 7 days.... more

We stayed at the Seaview Gardens Hotel during Christmas 2006. Whilst here we found the hotel to be a very quiet recluse. The hotel rooms are spacious with a separate lounge area bedroom (with a four poster and mosquito net) and bathroom. The lounge area contained a sofa, TV and writing desk which was useful for taking you shoes off... more
