The Jerma was well positioned on the beachfront and just a few hundred yards from the main strip and Senegambia hotel. We visited the Jerma Beach in April for two weeks. This was our second visit and found the hotel busier than last year. This time we stayed in a villa which was well worth the extra. I would strongly advise you consider paying more for a bungalow as many of the rooms don't have a balcony, and if you pay for a balcony/terrace, you are likely to be allocated a ground floor room with a terrace, which will be situated on the main walkway throughout the hotel and affords no privacy.
