this is a beauty of a place, a little out of the way, requiring transport ( bus, tuktuk, taxi) to get to the center with the Palace, etc, but after the typical hustle and bustle of Indian cities to be a little out of the way was worth it. suppose the place is slightly over priced compratively

Its a nice place for a family weekend, abundant green open spaces, tastefully designed cottages, a fun water park and friendly staff. The only issue is the high decibel levels of the music from the dance floor which completely shatters the peace and tranquility of the cottages. The property is really good and has something for people of all ages: lawns for walking, children's park, water games, spa, sports ground, herbal garden. Very relaxing environment. Food is ok. But do not expect much from house keeping. Try to avoid visiting during weekends since there is a large influx of day tourists.

Pragathi Resorts is located near chilukur, which is about 1 hour drive from Jubilee Hills Hyderabad. Excellent place to relax weekends. There are two types are rooms. One type is cottages(separate), where we stayed. Each cottage has two rooms and they have open air bathrooms. Room service is little late as these cottages are far away from the central kitchen.... Its a nice location to stay at a royal place. We can enjoy here in summer with family. I like the maintenance of the hotel. Clean rooms and cool weather gives a very good air to the visitors.
