The room looked clean , but it had cockroaches moving freely around the bed and the washroom.Room service also was pathetic. Laundry service was delayed saying we are short of staff hence the delivery cannot be made on time.Food that was offered was stale and even for breakfast things were only in numbers but lacked taste.

It looks OK from the outside but it is unclean, dark and dingy. The rooms are not cleaned properly. In my room, I had the electrical hot water system directly above the bath. The restaurant is no better - unfortunate really as the food isn't too bad.
