Hotel location - near from railway station and on the way to Tirumala. Buses to Tirumala stop near hotel. Not happy with cleanliness. Room service was ok. Hotel is in good locality, safe & secure. Overall 3 out of 5

1)hotel staff was giving a room with 2 Beds however 3 beds room was printed on cleartrip voucher. 2)No towel, no toilet soap, no drinking water. I had to ask for everything 2-3 times. 3) Broken hand flash

Very bad service, rooms are fair but congested, toilet not good,hot water is big problem, after calling room service fellow will bring coil heater and put in bucket. Did a last minute weekend trip to Tirupati and booked 2 AC rooms at VIP Residency. We reached only around 9-00 PM and were quickly provided the rooms. I booked the room through cleartrip.The receptionist never had a smile on his face. Was talking on the phone for 5 min, keeping me waiting that long to get the keys. Finally received the keys.
