The hotel is very good in maintenance and service. About the location, the hotel is surrounded by temple, restaurants, bus stop and next to Vishnu Nivasam (TTD) .Above all the quality of food is excellent. As per my experience, this is a good place for a family.

I stayed in Sinduri Park for 2 nights along with my family, usually all the hotels near to any shrine are used by devotees for 1 or 2 nights hence you wont find customer service at its best (because every day you find a new guest rather then repeated). on way to tirumala hills i had to spend a night in this hotel.nothing great about it .food is average.rooms dont have anything to offer .but you are getting what you have paid for.may again stay if no option is there.

There are now much better hotels in Tirupathi, but we believed the previous reviews and booked this. It was a big disappointment for children and us. Very close to the Railway station and Govindarajaswami temple. Distance is <1km from bus stand. Front desk & service is good. Free wifi is of ok speed.
