I had visited Rishikonda in the monsoons! Not only was the resort surrounded by lush greenery, but the view of the sea and the shoreline was just magnificent!

This is a very good hotel if proximity to the sea and comfortable but not luxurious rooms are your forte. Don't expect to be delighted by the hotel itself, and you will be pleasantly surprised by it's other benefits like panoramic views, friendly staff etc. The food is okay but does not really satiate.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, without being extravagant. Needless to say, they're not a drain on the pocket either! The best part is the openness of the place. They haven't cluttered it, and have kept it simple. Monsoons are a good time to stay here as you can enjoy the open spaces better -- it does not get too sunny...and the slight drizzle falling on you can be very romantic!

We were a group of around 10-12 people, with rooms being shared by 2-3 people. We paid around Rs. 2000 per room and... more
