Dolphin has been one of my favourite hotels in Visakhapatnam. I have been literally going here since I was 3 years old. I have seen it grow through its different stages. Its a great place with to stay with not extremely expensive rates. The restaurant Horizon is one of the places where one should definitely visit.

When i came here last time, i was a kid.. i enjoyed the fullest!!
