Our experience with the hotel was bad from the check in, we had to wait endlessly as there was check out of wedding guests. We were booked in the club Diwa where we paid 16k per nite. The staff was friendly and nice. The main problem was that rooms were not cleaned properly every morning. I usually don't like to complain, but had to two days in a row. The second time when they were cleaned, it was much better. The Wi-Fi was a daily problem as the username and password changed every day and nobody knew... More
