Parth Residency is like my 2nd home whenever I travel to Ahmedabad. I was introduced to the hotel last year, since then I have been staying here always. The staff is extremely courteous. Good food, veg or non-veg. A complete value-for-money (VFM) hotel. Will always stay here whenever in Ahmedabad, whether on business or pleasure!
This place might have been smartly renovated in 1992, but has not seen a lick of pride or cleanliness since then. It's gloomy, grotty and poorly maintained. Rs 3,200 for dirty surfaces, sheets with holes and no aircon? What a joke.
This hotel is located in the prime area of the City in Usmanpura off the main road. The hotel lived up to its 3 star rating, with regard to the tariff as well the the service and maintenance. This is strictly for high maintenance tourists who do not mind paying that extra for the service rendered.
