“Nice Place to stay in Gandhinagar”

Stayed there for one night alongwith my family on my way to Mt Abu. Nice, Clean rooms; good breakfast/meals buffet spread. But difficult to catch hold of travel desk, or maybe it be was weekend that's why. Old elevators, need some work to do. Excellent staff. Not much for kids to do in the hotel.

“GOOD PLACE VERY CORDIAL STAFF”

I stayed for one night Good clean and nice. Quality of food v good and the prices are very reasonable. They have very helpful highly well mannered Public relations / front Staff. Good Experiance. Lifts need upgradation.

Have stayed there a couple of times....the staff is very friendly and always with a smile on their face....the only problem is that they only offer 2 hours of complimentary wifi during ur stay...if you stay for 1 night they offer you 2 hours and same is the case if you stay for even 5 nights....they should indeed give 2... Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with family, after a bad experience at another nearby hotel. The hotel location is quite good, central to Gandhinagar. We found the reception quite friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was good although the service wasn't up to par. At Gandhinagar is one of the average hotels,do not go with ITC brand for this hotel,... Rooms are neat, but not upto mark, bathrooms flush not working, food quality as compared to other fortune hotel is very low on standards, location of hotel is fine, all eateries, cinemas are near by... staff, services needed to really upgraded to ITC fortune... “Room Service Collapse”

The hotel is an average business hotel and overall the stay was comfortable. Experience with room service was poor and on complaining to the front desk, got to know that it was open secret that the room service had collapsed after Vibrant Gujarat. Funny to know that a vibrant event can leave a hotel room service listless!
