Rooms are comfortable, room service is the most pathetic I have ever experienced. Looks like they are understaffed, had to ask for water like 4 times before I could get some. Overall the hotel is average, they have better hotels around that area.

The ambiance of the hotel is just awesome and the service and staff is just excellent. Mr. Sumit dhar's service is mind blowing. I personally feel that this hotel is worth staying and I am satisfied with the service which they have given.

We were to checkin at around 2:00 but finding the place took us another 30 mins. My stay in Peppermint West was really comfortable. Hotel is a true value for money. Hotel staff was really courteous and quick. Food was awesome. There was little difficulty in Wi-Fi connnectivity. Room was neat and clean. But overall i will rate 4.5/5.

I experience was gr8. I like the service and prices. I love to stay there. Now i am planning to stay with my family too. It was my first time experience but i must say i will stay here again and again.
