This place has something very wrong with it, so many staff, but when you order something (even when written down) it comes wrong or doesnt come at all. This place has so many problems, but I enjoyed my stay here for some odd reason! I wouldnt reccomend it, but If i return to gurgaon, I would probably stay here again!

Despite having cancelled my booking in good time through Expedia, and despite Expedia having faxed the cancellation to the Diplomat, this hotel debited the full amount for a night's stay from my credit card. 3 months later I am still waiting for the refund.

Its a horrible, dingy, nasty little place. Book into the Imperial....you only live once.
